The 40u40 Community consists of more than 250 people: Fellows, Alumni, Supporters, Coaches, Team members… Since the launch of the program in 2021, we have assembled four Cohorts of young leaders, and every year, the Community grows with a new Cohort joining the program.
After the one-year program, we continue engaging with our Alumni through different activities, offering them additional opportunities for leadership development, impact creation, and connections with other members of the 40u40 Community.
