When applying to be part of the Belgium’s 40 under 40 community or to participate in specific activities, it will be necessary to process your personal data in order to assess your candidacy, manage your membership and provide you with the Belgium’s 40 under 40 community membership services, including any related communication. In order to determine which individuals at Belgium’s 40 under 40 will have access to personal data, the need-to-know principle will be applied.
For example, the applications submitted to join the community may also be processed by existing members of the community (Fellows or Supporters).

We will store personal data of members of the Belgium’s 40 under 40 community as long as they have not indicated that they no longer want to be a member.
